The process

How a no-contact roof quote works

Traditional roofing sales is built around the in-home visit because that's where pressure works. Remove the visit and what's left is the roof, the measurement, and the price — which is all you needed anyway.

Measurement

Aerial roof measurement uses high-resolution satellite and oblique aerial imagery to produce a roof report: total square footage, pitch per facet, ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths, and a count of penetrations. It's the same technology insurance adjusters use to scope claims, accurate to within a few percent of a tape measure.

Pricing

The roofer prices from the report, the address, and what you tell us about the home: age, current roof type, known problems, HOA. The quote lists the system (shingle line, underlayment, ventilation, flashing), the price, and what would change the price on install day — decking replacement per sheet, for example — so there's no surprise later.

Your decision

The quote is good for 30 days. Want it? Reply and schedule. Don't? Do nothing. No one follows up more than once unless you ask.

Who does the work

One vetted, licensed, insured roofing contractor per state. Not a marketplace, not a lead auction — your information isn't sold to five companies. In Florida the partner holds a state roofing contractor license verifiable through DBPR; in Texas, where there is no state license, the partner is vetted on insurance, BBB standing, and manufacturer certifications.

How it works

Four steps, zero doorbell

  1. Enter the address
  2. We measure the roof from above
  3. You get a real written quote from a licensed roofer
  4. Nobody comes to the house until you say so
