Country Walk · Miami-Dade County · Retail
This is the Country Walk page for flat & low-slope roofing. The short version: you want a quote for a flat or low-pitch section that shingle roofers keep declining, and you can have it without a salesperson at the door.
Get a written quoteSubdivisions from this era were roofed in phases, so when neighbors start replacing, the same clock is running on yours. Ventilation standards were looser then; adding ridge vent and clearing soffit intake during a replacement usually pays back in shingle life. Salt air corrodes fasteners and drip edge years before shingles look worn, so coastal roofs often fail from the metal out.
On cost: priced per square like any roof but with a wider spread; TPO and modified bitumen are the common systems, and a silicone coating over a sound existing membrane is the lowest-cost path when it qualifies.

How it works
Not every residential roofer. Ask specifically whether the crew installs low-slope membrane or subs it. The tie-in between the flat section and the pitched roof is where leaks start.
TPO is a heat-welded single-ply, white, and reflective — good in Florida and Texas heat. Modified bitumen is torch- or self-adhered asphalt, more forgiving on complex details. Both are fine when installed right.
